Description
The Photo Frame and Picture Frame Wood Standback is also known as an "Easelback" or a "Photo Stand". It is an Australian-made product from quality Craftwood, or MDF ( Medium Density Fibreboard) and considered environmentally friendly because manufactured from reconstituted wood waste which do not contain forest timbers or green wood chips.
Generally, it is fitted at the back of a same size photo frame or picture frame so as to also allow the frame to be stood on a flat surface, such as a table, desk or ledge.
This Photo Frame and Picture Frame Wood Standback (11"x14") can be easily and quickly fitted and can convert a suitable, small frame to a stand-up or easel-back frame.
The leg of the standback has a standard offset and should not be used for tall or heavy frames or mirrors. The sturdy, MDF material will not bend or collapse like cheaper cardboard legs or struts.
Subject to being in stock, order online here and now for prompt dispatch and ( where applicable ) delivery throughout Australia, including Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin, Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Hobart, the Gold Coast and Brisbane!
Useful Questions And Answers:
| Q: Can the leg, or strut, of this Photo Frame and Picture Frame Wood Standback (11"x14") be flattened inwards so as to allow for wall hanging? |
| A: Of course, yes. A staked hinge is fitted to the backing which permits a forward or backwards positioning, precisely for this purpose. |

I do motor car and action photography where I frame the photos I take for my customers. The 11″x14″ format is good for me but it’s hard to get the easelbacks on their own as the frames I buy don’t have them. Anyway I buy these here which are very good.
