Wow! What a great experience. I ordered. The goods shipped. They arrived by courier, and the courier company kept me updated all the way. The Driver and partner were awesome. The package was wrapped perfectly and completely marked as fragile, respected by the courier too. The whole thing was completed in less than 48 hours.
A complete knockout, kick it out of the park, and score a goal on the way kind of experience.

I have had several botanical prints purchased in Bali framed with Paul at Eastleigh frames over several months. Paul’s expertise in frame selection and general advice is beyond measure. His prices are extremely competitive in comparison to framers I have used in the past. He is welcoming, knowledgeable and thorough in his care of your product. I cannot recommend him and his lovely wife enough.
The two frames I ordered came wrapped up so well I reckon they could have dropped out of a plane and hit a rock before bouncing down a precipice and landing in front of stampeeding wildebeasts and still been intact. Unsure why the packaging said "not to be used as a pool ornaments". Perhaps the frames had an existential crisis en route.
My glass frameless clip frames order arrived here in Queensland, from Melbourne, Victoria all in perfect condition and with the most amazing packaging.

I have to say that I was incredibly impressed by this company, Eastleigh Frames. It is so hard to find 12"×16" frames and these are just perfect, I ordered 3 black and one oak timber, and they seem to be great quality and the perfect size. They also put a lot of care into making sure the package got to me safely in Queensland, without any breaking or damage, I give you guys : 10/10 Thank you.
It was indeed really great to talk to an experienced and knowledgeable picture framer. He understands the business and knows exactly what to do, and very reasonably priced.

Just purchased from the Eastleigh Frames online store - they have a great selection of affordable frames that were difficult to find elsewhere, communication about some order issues were quick and sorted easily, and my frames arrived quickly and well-packaged. And yes, I would happily shop with them again!

I visited the Eastleigh Frames picture framing factory this morning. The owner there, Paul, was very helpful and had lots of good advice for a novice framer. Very pleasant store visit.
I don't hand out kudos to online merchants too often, but this time I will. I'm very happy with the quality of frames I have purchased. Great communication, quick delivery and very well packaged.
Wide range of available products, easy to navigate website, very competitive pricing for quality products and absolutely wonderful customer service. I have only bought from them for many years and wouldn't consider shopping anywhere else. This is a top class business, deserving of 10 stars! Great service, fast delivery and happy to help with your needs. I ordered online but had to call to understand why they needed to ship 2 frames when I only needed 1, but due to the glass breakage transit danger under I totally understand it now for shipping. They took the time to explain this to me and delivered a great quality product in a short time frame. Highly recommend them from anywhere in Australia 👍🤗
I visited Eastleigh Frames in order to get university graduation photos and degree framed. The owner was friendly, gave me numerous options, did not rush me, and was a pleasure to deal with.
