Description
Our Triangular Steel Hangers are handy, popular, economical and strong. Often also called, or known as "Dee-Ring Hangers", these are constructed with a triangular heads which accommodate a 1-hole base for screws.
Recommended by the manufacturer for use with 6 gauge and 8 gauge thickness screws. These steel devices make a clean, neat and strong anchors for picture framing cord or picture framing wire. The hangers measure 22mm in overall length with a 2.7mm screw hole.
Fix into the frame with any suitable screws, though Phillips, self-tapping, or pan head screws, sold separately, are the ones most professional picture framers use.
The steel screws are inserted inside the triangular steel hangers and then screwed into the back of the moulding of the picture frames or photo frames may then be hung by slipping the cords or wires over and inside the hooks.
No fitting or servicing by a picture framer is required. This product may be supplied or packaged as bagged or carded for your convenience.

Been looking everywhere for these strong, tough, proper triangular steel hangers for picture framing and am glad that I found them here. The local hardware stores around here only have the thinner, mickey-mouse, brass variety which not only costs more but deforms and bends when screwed tightly in to the wood moulding.
