This MDF-composite, wooden photo frame and picture frame comes with clear glass, a Craftwood backing and steel swivel clips or flexible tabs to hold the frame assembly together.
These are wood picture frames made from MDF ( Medium Density Fibreboard) and considered environmentally friendly because manufactured from reconstituted wood waste which do not contain forest timbers or green wood chips.
The clips or tabs may be swung or bent to remove the back and insert the photograph, certificate or artwork inside the frame. With this 12"x18" Ashwood Wood Photo Frame, after inserting the art, the clips or tabs are repositioned and the fitted frame may then be hung.
The hangers at the back of the frame allow for portrait ( vertical ) or landscape ( horizontal ) wall hanging. No fitting or servicing by a picture framer is necessary or required. This photo frame is shrink-wrapped for your cleanliness and protection. It will suit any artwork matching this photo or picture frame's stated or given size.

The wife and I are great fans of natural, native woods such as the Australian Ashwood. But the real stuff is simply too expensive to get hand-made for poster frames so we instead made do with the 12″X18″ Ash wood finish poster frames here. These are so well finished that, from a normal distance, these look like the real thing. And, unlike the genuine article, these are very affordable.
