This B1 Black Wood Ready-Made Poster Frame is one of the frames also known as 'Poster Frames', 'Stock Frames','Pre-Made Frames and 'Off-the-shelf frames'.
This wood (MDF composite) Ready-Made frame has clear plastic and a Craftwood backing board with several flexible tabs to hold everything together.
These are wood picture frames made from MDF ( Medium Density Fibreboard) and considered environmentally friendly because manufactured from reconstituted wood waste which do not contain forest timbers or green wood chips. After inserting the artwork, the tabs are returned to their original position and the fitted frame may then be hung.
The fitted swivel, sawtooth hangers at the back allow for either portrait (vertical) or landscape (horizontal) hanging. No fitting or servicing by a picture framer is required. This Ready-Made frame is fitted with with cardboard corner protectors is shrink-wrapped for your convenience.

Whoa! What beaut frames at a great price! Couldn’t get anything that big here in outback Queensland without a Bank loan! Where I am they charge around 8 time the price here.
