This Picture Framing Wire, Stainless Steel, Plastic-coated ( 19.5 Kg x 152m) wire is highly pliable, super-soft, very flexible and plastic ( or vinyl ) wrapped. It is quite finger-friendly, being smooth on fingers, easy to bend, twist, and manufactured from high-strength, corrosion-resistant, stainless steel.
This wire permits fast, quick and easy wire wrapping every time, retaining its strength without corroding or discolouring. Simply feed the wire through the D-ring, eyelet or hanger and tie for a strong, secure knot. Wrap it tightly, tie and secure knots without pricking your fingertips.
You can finish tying the ends by tightly wrap the wire back eight full loops for a stronger hold. This manner of tying will help the wire from unravelling and achieve a durable, tight, slip-free connection. No assembly or servicing by a picture framer is required.
