This matte, black, MDF 8"x10" Black Wood Matted Photo Frame with 6"x8" opening has clear glass, a Craftwood back, a window mat ( also know as window mount, photo mat or picture mat ) and several steel tabs hold everything together. These are wood picture frames made from MDF ( Medium Density Fibreboard) and considered environmentally friendly because manufactured from reconstituted wood waste which do not contain forest timbers or green wood chips. Because these frames have a window mat they are known as 'matted' frames. The window mat is bevel-cut at 45 degrees and will suit most inner, standard size photos, prints, posters and other artwork of the stated size. The mat of this 8"x10" Black Wood Matted Photo Frame with 6"x8" opening is a cool white colour. You can easily and quickly bend the tabs to remove the back and insert your photo, certficate or other artwork inside the frame. After inserting the art the frame may then be hung, or stood, if it comes with an easel, or standback. The moveable and re-positonable slip-on hanger at the back allows for either portrait (vertical) or landscape (horizontal) hanging. No fitting or servicing by a picture framer is required.
