These are wood picture frames made from MDF ( Medium Density Fibreboard) and considered environmentally friendly because manufactured from reconstituted wood waste which do not contain forest timbers or green wood chips. Additional features are the removable spacers and window mat which help to create the 3-D effect, thus casting a subtle and elegant shadow. Your photo or artwork will be 1.5cms sunk in, away from the glass face. This 15x20 cm White Wood 3-D Frame & Shadow Box frame has clear, float glass and several flexible tabs to hold the artwork and frame firmly together. You can easily and quickly bend back the tabs to remove the backing board and insert the photo, certificate or artwork inside the frame. After inserting the art, the tabs bent back straight, so that the fitted frame may be hung. The fitted hanger(s) at the back of the frame allow for both portrait (vertical) or landscape (horizontal) wall hanging. If the frame has a leg, or easel or stand-back this may be used to stand the frame on desks, tables, etc. No hand tools are necessary and no fitting or servicing by a picture framer is needed.
