Acid-Free Matboard fallouts suitable as Mountboards (Pack of 12)

Description

These Acid-Free Whitecore Matboard fallouts are the bits that get cut out when cutting window mat openings.  A pack of these contains 12 pieces with each piece having one side white and the other, either white as well, coloured.

The colours may be assorted, being wholly, or partially,  Cool White, Warm White, Cream or Black.  All pieces are 45° degree bevel cut on all sides,  not 90° degrees straight or square.  Please note that all pieces are cut with + or - 10 mm of listed sizes.

Technical Specifications: Peterboro Whitecore Matboard sheets, being Acid-Free and meeting PPFA CLASS III standards, thickness, 4 ply, 0.040”- 0.052″ or 1.2 mm. The facing, or surface paper, is buffered and lignin free, proffering a sharp, crisp clean bevel.

The core of these Acid-Free Whitecore Matboard offcuts are buffered against acids rendering a bright white bevel which does not discolour. The backing is of high quality paper on an all white core.

All pieces contain no lignin, groundwood or unbleached pulp and are buffered to an alkaline pH (7.5 to 9.5) with at least 3% calcium carbonate reserve for prolonged stability.  Thank you for viewing our Acid-Free Whitecore Matboard Offcuts.

Window Mats Material Technical Specifications:

Our mats are made from Acid-Free, Peterboro Whitecore Matboard sheets compliant with the  PPFA CLASS III standards and being of the 4 ply thickness: 0.052″ or 1.2 mm. The face paper is  non-acidic, buffered and lignin-free, proffering a sharp, crisp clean bevel.

The core is also buffered against acids, rendering bright, white bevel cuts which do not discolour.  The high-quality backing offers a clean, sharp, white core. All components are free of noxious lignin, harmful groundwood,  unbleached pulp and are buffered to an alkaline pH (7.5 to 9.5) with at least 3% calcium carbonate reserve for prolonged stability.
