Just my own little meme here about this online store Pictureframe.com.au. Their service, prices and delivery are sooo good! They seem to be the only ones in Australia selling frameless glass clip frames. I ordered these frames online and the all arrived here in Townsville in 3 days and all in one piece! They pack so well! Amazing!
Products were extremely well packed to protect the glass from breakage. Products arrived within 3 days of ordering them. Would highly recommend this company.

I recently ordered 3 different sorts of frames from this business. All up there were 9 frames with glass. The frames were packaged so well, it took quite a while to unpack them. Not one piece of glass was broken. I was really impressed. Excellent service and value for money. I would highly recommend purchasing frames from Eastleigh Frames. Well done and thank you.

Ordered two 8x12" frames online. These were difficult to find anywhere else for an affordable price for posters as they aren't a standard Australian size. Arrived promptly and in perfect condition, they look great with the posters and the size is spot on. It was also good that they confirmed the risk of shipping glass prior to final payment. Would purchase again!
Thanks to Eastleigh Frames for a really efficient turn around of my order. When the parcel arrived it was professionally packed & all frames arrived in perfect condition. The courier cost was also reasonable, a lot cheaper & quicker than the post during the pandemic!
Very impressed with this online store. Incredibly good prices, top service and prompt delivery. Their white 50x50 wood shadow boxes are 40% cheaper than what I can find here in Brisbane. I made some mistakes with my order but they spotted them and fixed them up. My Card wouldn’t go through either but they let me know right away.
The delivery address was also spelled wrong and they fixed it up.
My order was processed in 2 hours and delivered in 2 days.

Ordered the frames Wednesday morning. Sent out that day. In Sydney Thursday morning and delivered Monday morning. Very happy with the frames. Extremely well packed and just what I needed. Will definitely order more

They were brilliant! The checked with me regarding posting glass photo frames and did an amazing job of packaging them so no breakages. Great communication and very professional! The frames were also very reasonably priced and great quality - exactly what I wanted!
God bless these people for their kindness! I placed an online order for two photo frames and for the parcel to be left at the entrance. But I fell crook with my arthritis and I can hardly walk and as I live alone I was worried my parcel would get wet in the rain. So I rang their Customer Service Department and explained my predicament. No problem, they replied, one of their Staff lives just a few streets from me and would call on me.
So this very nice young lady called on me and hand delivered my parcel. Thank you for such a splendid service! I wish other store were more like you !!

They have a really great picture frames online store. Before ordering, I had some queries about poster frame sizes. They clarified these within the hour. I then placed an online order but my it had sizes and shipping address errors. They got back to me again within the hour pointing out what was wrong and giving me option. Then my Card wouldn’t work but again, they contacted me quickly. I was able to pay by Bank Deposit as I was in a hurry for my picture frames. My parcel didn’t arrive the next day, so I emailed the Store. They raised a Support Ticket almost immediately and I got my delivery a few hours later. All the way through the service from this online store was superb.

Exceptionally good online store. In here I found all the shadow boxes sizes I needed for my small art business. They have very reasonable prices and superb service. I queried a couple of technical aspects of the frames and they replied most competently and within the hour. Ordering online was easy and delivery to my Sydney address was overnight. Great service from a great supplier. I run arts and crafts stores and want a reliable supplier who has stock and doesn’t muck me round. This store always fills my orders quickly and efficiently. Accounts, payments, credits, replacements, etc, are all dealt with fairly and promptly. Had a refund request with them last week and they refunded on the same day, amazing! If all my suppliers were like this one, my business life would be a lot easier! Thank you.
This Frame shop is simply a bargain treasure trove! Amazing prices (don’t bother shopping around - makes Kmart look expensive)There’s so much choice and the quality is outstanding. So very helpful. The guy today helped me find some frames to decorate the church youth club. Very appreciative of his kindness and helpfulness. Thank you Eastleigh frames!!!
