To start using this Picture Frames Hanging Wizard you will need to get a tape measuring tool, or a laser measuring device. It is best not to use a a desk ruler or a measuring square because when several measurements are added up for the total size, mistakes are likely to occur. You will then need to measure, end to end, or corner to corner, both the width and the height of the wall you intend hanging your photo frames, picture frames or indeed, or for that matter, any other wall art. When you measure, do so to the nearest centimetre. Do not use Imperial measuring tools because inches, feet, yards and the like are not supported by this calculator. You can always convert Imperial sizes though by multiplying 1 inch x 25.4 centimetres, as a rule of thumb. Write down the measurements you obtain and enter them below here, observing any resulting decimal points, for better results, and greater accuracy:

The hanging height is means the height with the cord or string drawn up under the weight of the frame. Write all the sizes that you get down a piece of paper and enter them into the boxes below.
